The New Yorker Hotel
This 43 story Art Deco classic completed in 1930 has 2,500 rooms, making it the largest hotel in NYC for many years. Vestacast will be fabricating numerous ornamental façade panels in GFRC, as well as trim units for the upcoming restoration season.
The Plaza Hotel
Vestacast has provided replacement Cast Stone units for various ornamental details as found on the balconies and mansards.
760 Park Avenue
This 1924 neo-Renaissance residential typical for the area is one of numerous UES properties we have provided replacement elements for.
55 Pierrepont Street, Brooklyn
Built in the 1920’s as an upscale hotel in Brooklyn Heights, Vestacast replicated these impressive griffins in GFRC.
71 West 23rd Street
In 2011, The Masonic Temple’s Grand Hall underwent a significant restoration of the main parapet and upper floors. Vestacast fabricated parapet balusters, copings, trim units, and flat panels; all for a total of over 1,300 units.
280 West End Avenue
Vestacast often produces replacement elements for Brownstones and Townhouses. As we did for this handsome cooperative built in 1900.
535 Dean Street, Brooklyn
A one-time Daily News printing facility located near the new Barclays Center, Vestacast fabricated a series of custom planter layouts for the rooftop terrace of this industrial to residential loft conversion.
